With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations. Our Practice Booklet aims to summarise key information about our practice for its patients.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
The Medical Centre has access for disabled patients.
When We Are Closed
The medical centre is closed from Friday 18:30 until Monday 08:00 and after 18:30 every weekday.
During these times advice can be obtained from NHS 111 service. Dial 111 - free.
Your GP services are covered by a GP run out-of-hours service during the hours when the medical centre is closed. This service is for problems that genuinely can't wait until the centre is next open, and includes phone advice, provision of a GP appointment, and only when deemed medically necessary, a home visit.
If you feel that you need advice or a GP assessment ring 111.
If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please ring 111. Calls to NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999.
Attendance at the Accident and Emergency Department should only occur in cases of trauma or genuine medical emergency. Each attendance is charged against the Practices overall health budget, which is used to fund all the services needed by our patients. Inappropriate attendance at A & E pressurises that budget, potentially reduces the services that we can purchase for all our patients. We monitor the use of the service. Therefore please use the A & E service responsibly.
